Our executive staff brings more than a century of combined experience in the New York City electrical industry.

Joseph Romagnolo

President and founder

Founded K&R Electric and has 58 years of experience as a licensed electrician in New York City. Holds a Master Electrician license with the City of New York and handles the day to day financial and accounting side of the business.

John Stassi

Vice President of Construction and Safety

33 years in the electrical industry and a Master Electrician license. Oversees day to day operations and project goals, and stays involved in field operations so clients get the quality of service they expect.

Christie Granton

Office Controller

Over 25 years overseeing K&R Electric's daily office activities, keeping every department running properly and customers satisfied from paperwork through close out.

K&R Electric Co. was founded by Joseph Romagnolo and has been incorporated in the State of New York since 1968. For 58 years we have served the five boroughs of New York City, with continual growth since the day the corporation started.

We are approved with all New York City agencies and Port Authority properties. We are a proud member of Local Union No. 3, fully insured and bonded, and can provide clients with whatever certificates they require. Three master electricians with strong engineering backgrounds are on staff, providing continual training and supervision for our workforce.

Safety is the first line item

The safety of our employees and of everyone else on the job site is our main priority. We take this part of doing business very seriously and will not tolerate any employee causing or acting in an unsafe manner on our sites.

We also require and enforce continual education and training for every supervisor and electrician, on the latest tools, new electrical technologies and electrical code updates. We strive for perfection, especially when it comes to the service our customers receive.
